New op will raise the bra
A SURGEON has developed a boob job to make siliGONE implants a thing of the past.
Pioneer Laurence Kirwan uses the patient’s own breast tissue to make boobs fuller in a three- hour op costing from £8,000.
It cuts out the risk of complications from the use of silicone and promises a more natural look that should last a lifetime, compared to a decade for the conventional implants much loved by Jordan.
Dr Kirwan, 57, estimates as many as 30 percents of women wanting bigger boobs would be able to have it done by his auto-augmentation method, which with a single incision moves tissue from the underside to the top of the breast. He said: “It should help any woman whose breasts have begun to sag. The crucial issue does they have enough breast tissue lower down which we can move up.”
The surgeon has done 150 of the ops so far and claims the results have been excellent.
Dr Kirwan said: “For a lot of women this will be the ultimate breast enlargement operation that will be almost permanent compared to implants which need replacing after around 10 years.”
